This Privacy Policy explains how Vias Digital ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit vias-digital.com (the "Website") or interact with our services. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect

a) Data you provide directly. When you submit our contact form or qualifier quiz, we collect your name, email, company, phone number (optional), and the content of your message or quiz responses.

b) Data collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we and our service providers automatically collect technical data including IP address (anonymised where possible), device and browser information, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent, clicks, scroll depth, and approximate location (country/city level).

c) Behavioural and session data. We use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymised session replays and heatmaps showing how visitors navigate the site. These recordings mask form inputs and personal data by default.

3. Purposes & Legal Basis

• Respond to inquiries and provide our services , legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
• Analyse Website usage to improve content and performance , consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where required, otherwise legitimate interest.
• Marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) activities directed at business contacts , legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax, accounting) , Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Third-Party Services & International Transfers

We use the following processors and tools. Some involve transfers of personal data outside Switzerland/EEA, in particular to the United States, where data is protected by the EU-US / Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework or by Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, US) , Website analytics with IP anonymisation.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, US) , session replays and heatmaps.
• Web3Forms (form delivery service) , to receive contact form submissions.
• Contentful (Contentful GmbH, Germany) , content management for the blog.
• Lovable Cloud / hosting infrastructure , Website hosting and delivery.
• LinkedIn, calendar and outreach tools used for B2B account-based marketing where you have engaged with us professionally.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Inquiry data is typically kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Session recordings are retained for up to 90 days.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Switzerland, the FDPIC; in the EU, your local data protection authority).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No transmission over the internet is, however, 100% secure.
