This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used and protected when you visit vias-digital.com (the "Website") or contact us. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What our forms collect

Depending on the form, we collect your name, work email, company, role, sector, country, language, website, your message or answers, and whether you accepted our terms or asked for our newsletter. With each submission we also store the page you submitted from, the referring page, campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (UTM parameters) and the page version you saw.

3. Where your data goes

• Lovable Cloud database: every form submission is stored here.
• Web3Forms: sends an email notification of each submission to us.
• HubSpot CRM: some submissions are recorded in our CRM so we can reply and manage the relationship. HubSpot tracking on the Website runs only after you accept analytics cookies.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland): runs only after you accept analytics cookies.
• Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Ahrefs Web Analytics: run only after you accept analytics cookies.
• Company identification (Apollo.io): only if you accept analytics, we use Apollo.io, operated by ZenLeads, Inc. (d/b/a Apollo.io), Covina, California, USA, to recognise which company a visit comes from, based on the IP address and the pages viewed. We use this to understand which businesses are interested in our services. Data may be processed in the USA. You can withdraw consent at any time under Privacy choices in the footer.
• Visitor identification (RB2B): only if you accept analytics and marketing cookies, we use RB2B, operated by Retention.com, USA. For visitors in the USA it may identify the individual person; for visitors outside the USA it identifies the company only. It uses the pages visited and IP address and network data to understand B2B interest in our services. Data may be processed in the USA. You can withdraw consent at any time under Privacy choices in the footer.
• Contentful (Contentful GmbH, Germany): content management for our articles. It receives no visitor data from our forms.
• Calendly: if you book a meeting, Calendly processes the booking details you enter.

Some providers may process data outside Switzerland and the EEA. Their current privacy notices describe the safeguards they use for international transfers. We do not assert a hosting region where the provider has not exposed one to us. We review these service descriptions and update this notice when our use changes.

4. Legal bases

• Orders and requests for our services: performance of a contract or steps before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Newsletter and analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
• Business enquiries: our legitimate interest in replying to you and managing business relationships (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Legal obligations such as accounting and tax: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

5. Business outreach by post and email

ArvenX GmbH (Vias Digital), Wehrenbachhalde 47, 8053 Zürich, may contact decision-makers at companies using business contact details from public sources such as company websites and commercial registers, based on our legitimate interest in direct marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Swiss FADP). You can object at any time by writing to raluca@vias-digital.com, and we will not contact you again.

6. Retention

We keep leads for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract requires us to keep them longer. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and session recordings for up to 90 days.

7. Your rights

Under the Swiss FADP and the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No transmission over the internet is completely secure.
