1. Provider

2. Market & Competitive Intelligence

A weekly one-page intelligence email built around the client's markets and competitors. Onboarding starts within 1 working day: a 45-minute kickoff call or a self-paced interview on the site. We monitor sources across Europe and the US, set to each client's markets. Facts are linked to their sources and AI readings are labelled as AI. The service is market information, not legal, financial or investment advice.

3. Price and payment

1,900 a month, in CHF, EUR or USD. A 6-month subscription. Cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund and nothing further owed.

Invoiced monthly in advance from day one, excl. VAT where applicable. Billing currency: Switzerland CHF, EU/EEA and UK EUR, elsewhere USD. Payable within 14 days. Associations, PE funds and advisors: 1,500 per company from 5 companies, same 6-month terms. Partner prices apply only under a written partner agreement.

4. Term

A 6-month subscription from the order date. After 6 months it continues monthly and either side can end it with 30 days' notice by email.

5. Money-back guarantee

Cancel by email within the first 30 days of the order date for a full refund and nothing further owed.

6. AI Brand Check

A fixed fee of CHF 3,900, excluding VAT where applicable, invoiced at order and payable within 14 days. If the audit tells your leadership team nothing new, tell us by email within 14 days of the workshop and we refund the fee in full.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your intake, watchlist and editions confidential and never name you as a client without your written permission.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim, except for intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for the accuracy of third-party sources.

10. Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
