Executive Narrative Sprint

Executive Narrative Sprint: which business goal should your CEO's voice support?

In 14 days, with one 45-minute interview and one review, we define your priority audiences, what matters to them, the evidence supporting your position and how progress will be measured. Then we write the profile and the first posts.

The Executive Narrative Sprint is the first step into executive thought leadership, tuned and measured to your business goals. In 14 days, your executive gives one 45-minute interview and one written review. We deliver the narrative your market can repeat, the decision-makers who matter and what each needs to hear, the evidence behind the position, a scorecard against the business goal, the updated executive profile and the first four posts. The Sprint stands on its own; if you continue with us, its fee is credited in full against an Executive engagement signed within 30 days of the handover.

Questions

Why not hire a ghostwriter?

A writer turns a narrative into posts. The Sprint builds the narrative, the audience map and the scorecard the writer works from. If you already have a writer, we brief them.

Will it sound like our executive?

We use the 45 minutes to understand the executive's language, views and boundaries. The first four posts are drafts for review. If the voice isn't right, it doesn't go out.

How do you measure it?

The Sprint sets the baseline and the scorecard; business impact shows over the following months, not in 14 days.

Which languages do you work in?

Calls run in English. If you publish in German, your German texts are written with a native German writer.

Is it confidential?

Yes. The interview and the drafts stay confidential, and nothing is published without your approval. We sign an NDA on request.

Who is it for?

CEOs, Chief Commercial, Business and Marketing Officers and Heads of Corporate Communications at established B2B companies in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and the US, usually with a dated priority such as a market entry, an investor conversation, a new strategy or a key hire.
